I am very excited to be teaching at Yoga Akasha having first visited the studio over 4 years ago when I attended a pregnancy yoga class taught by Jody! I had been practicing yoga for a number of years but recently moved to East Grinstead. I fell in love with Yoga Akasha and the wonderful space it offers to both students and teachers. My daughter is now 3 and half years old and I am delighted to have completed my 200HR YTT earlier this year.

I am passionate about yoga and all the benefits it can offer people, both physically and mentally, on and off the mat. My personal practice has evolved over the years I have been practicing and I enjoy both Vinyasa and Hatha style classes. I believe that anyone can practice yoga and it’s just a case of finding the right style and class that connects with you. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

I will be teaching a Slow Flow class on Sunday evenings, 6-7pm. The class will be suitable for students of all levels, including beginners, as the emphasis will be on moving with the breath and flowing slowly and steadily through each posture. I will also guide students through pranayama and relaxing meditation techniques.

Price: £8 per class or £35 for a 5 class pass to be used within 8 weeks
