Hi, I’m Noémie, I am a fully qualified yoga and meditation teacher.

I teach gentle Hatha Yoga to relax and strengthen muscles and joints. I use various styles and techniques including restorative yoga, chair yoga, pranayama (controlled breath exercises), relaxation and meditation for chronic pain relief, to reduce stress, and induce deep relaxation.
I’m specialised in yoga for people recovering from injuries, back problems, chronic pain, long term illness and pregnancy.
You will also find that a regular practice of Yoga improves posture, balance, sleep and self-confidence.
I have completed over 500 hours of study with the British Wheel of Yoga over the course of 4 years and hold their Diploma Level 4, but my background is in Tibetan Buddhism. I was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by the teachings of important masters from all Tibetan Buddhist Traditions.
I have experienced years of sciatica, a life time of fused vertebrae, scoliosis, a compressed fracture, muscle spasms, spinal degeneration, which led me towards an in depth study of back problems and what to do about them.
I have learned how to manage pain and how to alleviate my back problems considerably with yoga. I would be delighted to help you too if you are ready to take that next step!
My classes are for everyone, including those experiencing or recovering from illness or injury and pregnant women.
