Jade has been practising yoga for over 30 years, since 1981 and teaching from 1994, having done her training in the Sivananda style. She has practised many traditions including Iyengar and Scaravelli. She was really encouraged and inspired by her Iyengar teacher, Elizabeth Wendersky and various others along the way, so today her teachings are a combination of different styles of Hatha yoga.
Her classes are taught at a slow pace, focusing on static postures and breath awareness.
Jade taught at The Art of Health and Yoga centre in London for 8 years, where she was working with young children, teenagers and pre and post natal mothers, as well as regular drop-in classes.
