Yoga Akasha hosts a variety of yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing courses and workshops throughout the year. We welcome a diverse mix of visiting teachers from different yoga backgrounds, as well as workshops and courses with our own fabulous regular teachers.

Most courses allow you to start part way through, please email the teacher to enquire if this is possible.
