Cathy has represented the health, fitness and yoga wellness movement for two decades and has taught successfully from these arenas as a certified fitness trainer, group X instructor and yoga and guided relaxation/meditation teacher. Cathy is a long time student of A Course In Miracles and is also trained in EFT – emotional freedom technique, reiki healing, and is a fully qualified and practicing clinical hypnotherapist. She has worked extensively since 2005 with 100’s of students in group settings with particular career focus and interest on guided relaxation techniques for easing stress, PTSD, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, promoting deeper sleep, and cultivating inner inquiry and mindfulness.
Cathy’s classes are a carefully combined equal mix of guided meditative relaxation techniques, vinyasa flow yoga, longer hold gentle restorative poses, and varying discourses on how the spiritual metaphysics of yoga principles and practices can be applied off the mat and in real life.
The emphasis in all of her classes is for each student to experience more inner peace, stillness and personal awareness so they can have a sense of returning to balance and wellness in their daily life. Classes are suitable for beginners and are led to help those who are new to yoga follow the sequences laid out.
Classes are £10 and held on:
Monday 12pm – 1:15pm Wednesday 6pm – 7:15pm Friday 6pm – 7:15pm
